Departure: Meet at OSU Newark Lot C on Friday, November 6th at 9PM
Return: Sunday, November 8th at 12:30PM (same location)
COST: $165 (Covers everything, including transportation, food, lodging, and program)

Any student participating in Fall Weekend activities must complete and submit a health form. You should receive an email with a PDF of the health form upon registration. Once you have filled it out, turn it in to your Young Life leader BEFORE arriving at the bus for departure. Students who have not turned in a completed and signed health form before departure will not be able to attend Fall Weekend.
